STAKLENA GLAZURA ZA TORTE I KOLAČE

Sastojci

300g bijele čokolade

2 paketića mljevene bijele želatine

200g kondenziranog mlijeka

300g sećera ( kristal)

200 ml vode

boja po želji

Priprema

1.Želatinu preliti s 50 ml vode i ostaviti sa strane da nabubri. 

2.Na laganoj vatri otopiti 300 g secera , 150 ml vode, 200 g kondenziranog mlijeka. Kada se sav secer otopi staviti nabubrenu zelatinu i mijesati dok ne krenu prvi mjehurici, odmah maknuti. 

3.Vrucu tekucinu preliti preko 300 g izlomljene čokolade i ostaviti tako 2-3 min. Lagano promijesati. dodati željenu boju ,  ohladiti do 32 stupnja i preliti
